Gold Coast
Known for its long sandy beaches, impressive surf and beautiful weather, the Gold Coast should not be overlooked. With the 2018 Commonwealth Games only a year away, the Gold Coast has seen extensive new developments and refurbishments over the last 18 months. Offering several options for large conferences, this entertaining city is an ideal destination for your conference. With offsite venues such as Stradbroke Island or the many theme parks, it’s not hard to find something fun and quirky to treat your delegates to for a different style of entertainment.
South Australia
Another great destination for corporate conferences is Adelaide and the wider South Australian region. Adelaide is on the rise to conquering the conference world, with the recent expansions of the Adelaide Convention Centre and new venues such as Sofitel, Sheraton and Langham to open in the next couple of years. Adelaide is not lacking in function spaces or remarkable sights with its world-renowned vineyards and amazing local produce. Outside Capital Cities
Venturing to destinations outside capital cities, such as the Sunshine Coast in Queensland or Hunter Valley in New South Wales is also highly recommended.
