Café chain Degani has launched a second Cranbourne shopfront to satiate the appetites of the suburb’s caffeine lovers.
The Degani kiosk opened at the revamped Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, which has been revitalized with a $112.3 million redevelopment, also unveiled last Thursday (26 March).
Leaving the world of IT management to embark on a career in hospitality, Anurag Sikri has high hopes for his Degani kiosk and is already sketching plans for future shopfronts.
“Degani has such a great reputation around premium coffee and customer service, but I love its contemporary, vibrant brand and the support I have received from the Degani team has been second to none,” Mr Sikri said.
“I’m excited about replicating Degani’s successful formula around the finest coffee, first-class customer service and great food here at Cranbourne Park.”
Degani CEO Dan Gallo welcomed the addition of another Melbourne franchisee into the fold.

Founded by Melbourne-based entrepreneur George Pezaros in 1999, Degani started with a single bakery café in Victoria’s Clifton Hill and has grown to 70 stores in the past 15 years.
Now under the banner of private equity group NBC Capital, Degani has plans to replicate the Victorian brand’s success story nationally with stores opening in coming months in New South Wales and Queensland.
