MS Queensland is a registered non-profit organisation that is the first-choice for MS information, education, treatment, care and support across Queensland. With a vision for a world free from multiple sclerosis (MS) and its devastating impact.

After winning a competitive pitch against four PR agencies, Elevate was appointed as MS Queensland's long term communication and PR partner to help increase brand awareness of the organisation by illustrating its services, positioning the organisation as the first source of information about Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and making sure that no one has to face MS alone.

MS Queensland’s program includes:

• Developing  a comprehensive communication program, leveraging MS Queensland’s hero events and fundraising opportunities to achieve campaign goals and objectives
• Developing an editorial schedule to identify story opportunities and key dates
• Drafting effective media releases to appeal to key media targets
• Facilitating interviews with key media contacts to strengthen relationships with national, state and local media, associations, industry leaders and existing / potential ambassadors
• Storyboarding, filming, editing, and producing corporate videos showcasing the services and facilities offered by MS QLD as well as client and ambassador testimonials
• Comprehensive reporting and analysis, measuring and benchmarking KPIs 
• Facilitating strategic media training workshops for the Executive Leadership Team to ensure key message consistency and cohesion between departments
• Developing internal communication materials for MS Queensland
