Happy Healthy You was established by Olympic Swimming Champion Lisa Curry and Naturopath and Author Jeff Butterworth in 2014 to combat the lack of support and education for Australian women seeking a natural alternative to pharmaceutical solutions for various health and hormonal issues.

Happy Healthy You offers free nurse and naturopath support on their website as well as an online community of over 300,000 women who provide support for one another. Happy Healthy You encourages Australian women of all ages to take the first steps in learning about their hormone levels by visiting the Happy Healthy You website where they can complete a free online assessment, access a free eight week eating guide and to find out more information.

After meeting with Happy Healthy You, and winning a competitive PR pitch, Elevate was appointed PR partner, and has since embedded itself into the Happy Healthy You team, working closely with Co-Founder, Lisa Curry, Managing Director, Peter Bowden and the wider Happy Healthy You team to support promotion of the brand through traditional PR activities and media relations.

Happy Healthy You’s Program includes:

  • Execute the PR and Communication Strategy in line with business objectives to maximise opportunities ongoing
  • Identify regular media opportunities to promote Happy Healthy You’s brand and raise its profile
  • Draft one media release or advertorial / industry commentary piece per month, distribute to relevant media
  • Reactively respond to media commentary on behalf of Happy Healthy You when appropriate
  • Create and maintain media lists of relevant contacts including relevant national, state and local media and blogger contacts
  • Distribute media materials and follow up relevant media contacts to discuss potential publicity opportunities
  • Manage media interviews including briefings
  • Conduct daily media monitoring of coverage received across print, online and broadcast media and distribute to nominated company contacts
  • Monitor media for reactive news opportunities to pitch and manage interviews with talent
  • Provide a weekly WIP report each Friday outlining activities and deadlines
  • Ongoing client meetings and liaison via email and phone calls as required
