Frozen dessert and beverage manufacturer Frosty Boy Australia, which produces high quality powdered base products including soft serve, frozen yoghurt and beverage bases, engaged Elevate to conduct its PR and Communications program in September 2014. 

Frosty Boy’s communications strategy includes:

  • Brand awareness placing Frosty Boy at the forefront of the dessert and beverage manufacturing industry and a trusted and successful exporter
  • Promotion of new product launches including The Art of Blend range
  • Announcement of company milestones including the launch of the Frosty Boy factory, Yatala, in December 2014
  • Media training with company spokespeople
  • Drafting of speech notes for key events 
  • Development of corporate profiles for company spokespeople
  • Internal communications to engage stakeholders including a monthly email newsletter
  • Management of corporate video development including script writing, liaison with the assigned digital company, coordinating interviews and attendance on the film shoot
  • Event management, including the organisation of a media tour of the Frosty Boy Australia factory to showcase its facilities, products and services
  • Monthly measurement and evaluation reports
