Cleveland business Improve Group learning Solutions, a Registered Training Provider, and its subsidiary Glass Skills Australia are locked in a fierce battle to determine the best small business in the region.
In what has stirred up friendly office rivalry, both businesses have been nominated for the Redlands City Council’s Best Small Business award for 2015.
As the tension heats up ahead of the Redlands City Council Gala Awards Dinner on Saturday 21 November, Managing Director Bob Carter has identified the key strengths that put both businesses in the running for the accolade.
Mr Carter attributes the nominations to the single-minded devotion both organisations place on improving their training programs.
“Our success is underpinned by our dedication to the implementation of systems that constantly improve our services, such as ‘PLEET’,” Mr Carter said.
‘PLEETS’ is a strategy development system that reviews the political, legal, economic, environmental, technological and societal aspects that can influence typical business models.
“We are focused on planning to reach goals. Achieving what was required to be in the running for the Redlands Business Excellence Awards was even part of our planning,” Mr Carter said.
“Improve Group Learning Solutions is constantly looking to adjust to the markets present needs. We do this by focusing on the quality of our services, ways we can improve customer service and working hard to develop our team’s potentials.”
