Hundreds of businesses and tradies out for a good buy are expected to come along to Hassalls’ massive on-site auction of mining and earthmoving equipment in Perth.
Resource specialist auctioneer and valuer, Hassalls, is expecting a strong turnout for this sale as part of the multi-million dollar site clearance of used and unused mining and earthmoving equipment, which will be sold at auction from 10am on Wednesday 18 May at 160 Lakes Road Hazelmere, Perth.
As a leader in the Australasian market, Hassalls Auctions are a barometer for the state of the gas, mining and construction industries and this auction will provide a strong indication of the level of confidence in Western Australia’s economy.
Hassalls Major Accounts Manager, Matt Weaver, said the opportunity to bring a large on-site auction to Perth was a great chance to offer high quality, value products to the local community.
“We see so many different people at our auctions, from local businesses, trades people and farmers to international buyers seeking to fit out mining projects,” Mr Weaver said.
“The variety and quantity of equipment coming in this month is staggering, so if you’re in the market for anything from an everyday toolbox to large construction equipment for a fraction of its new price, this auction is for you.”
More than 300 lots will go under the hammer with large items including a range of Komatsu and Caterpillar dump trucks, steel cages and sheds, and light commercial vehicles such as Toyota Prados and Hilux’s. Smaller gear includes bench grinders, access ladders, hose reels and toolboxes.
The auction will start at 10am sharp with live online bidding available; registration is required.
Inspections are available on Tuesday 17 May from 8am until 5pm and on the morning of the auction.
