Australia's Hitech Asia Pacific receives international stamp of approval

Hitech Asia Pacific is the first Australian sensitive logistics company to receive the world¹s leading management system standard ISO 9001 for all processes, comprehensively covering the markets and industries it services.

Recognised in over 170 countries, ISO 9001 accreditation assesses companies on principles including customer focus, leadership, systems, professional development and relationships.

Tom Devjak, Hitech Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer said the qualification provided customers with sound evidence that the nation-wide logistics company offered proven, reliable processes and had trusted risk management strategies.

"Given the value of the equipment we transport and install, customers can have peace of mind their deliveries are in safe hands," Mr Devjak said.

Hitech Asia Pacific is responsible for storing, moving and installing multi million-dollar equipment on behalf of clients servicing hospitals, health care facilities, major corporations and government facilities across Australia and New Zealand.

"Deliveries require the relocation of multi-tonne machinery, at off-peak times and often the coordination of cranes, road closures and other logistical challenges," Mr Devjak said.

"Our team works with suppliers and customers to provide thorough project management solutions and ensure machinery is successfully delivered and installed without damage and with minimal impact on customers¹ stakeholders."

"We had every confidence in our systems and this is further testament that our team¹s experience and focus on customer service is best practice," Mr Devjak concluded.

"We take our role very seriously and bring an unrivalled level of experience and expertise to the transportation and installation of sensitive equipment."
